As part of our upcoming topping-out ceremony and on the occasion of our 30th anniversary, we would like to make a special gesture. As a company, we are deliberately foregoing gifts and instead calling on our guests to support a specific project at Magdeburg-Stendal University of Applied Sciences through donations.

The "IGEL Mobil" project of the Recycling and Waste Management course at Magdeburg-Stendal University of Applied Sciences aims to offer students practical training opportunities and actively involve them in solving current environmental problems. A central project within this course is the development and implementation of the "environmental bus as a mobile teaching-learning platform". This innovative approach is designed to enable students to communicate their knowledge of sustainability issues interactively and at the same time involve the community.

The equipment of the environmental bus is developed by the students themselves - as part of student projects and final theses, they design and build mobile experimental stations on methods and techniques of recycling and waste management (e.g. on sink/float technology or infrared) and thus strengthen technical and methodological skills.

When working with partners on site, the students take on the supervision and guidance of the participants in the experiments. This enables them to strengthen their social skills, gain valuable experience in science communication and make a contribution to education for sustainable development together with the participating citizens.

Supporters can make donations to help drive this project forward and thus make a valuable contribution to environmental education and sustainability.
